upHow long will it take to receive my order?


All our 'made up' favours orders are usually despatched within 10 - 14 Business days from receipt of order. Any favours that are to be personalised such as items with personalised tags or ribbons may take up to a further 7 - 10 days.
'Non made up products' such as DIY items are usually despatched within 7 days. (if your order includes favours and non made up items the 10 - 14 Business days will apply)
We always try to help with last minute orders where we can. Please call us if you are concerned about a tight delivery time.  



upWill my favour fillings go past their 'use by date' before my wedding?


No they will not.
When your order is placed, you are asked for your wedding date. With this information we always make sure that the 'use by date' is well past your wedding date.

All our confectionery is of the highest quality and full health and safety guide lines are adhered to when handling all our confectionery.



upHow will my order be packaged?


This an area of our business that we take very seriously.
Because of the delicate nature of our wedding favours we have developed packaging systems that have proved to be robust enough to withstand the postal transport process and also to perfectly protect your favours.



upHow will my favours be delivered?


All our orders are sent using the Royal Mail postal service.
If there is no one in at the delivery address on the date of the delivery the postman will always leave a card stating that they had been unable to make the delivery and that your parcel will be available for collection at your local sorting office or post office.  The address of which will be on the card and it will be kept there for 1 week after which it will be returned to us.



upWill my credit card details be secure if I order online?


YES.
Firstly you need to know that our web site is fully secured and is supported by certification using Thawte Security   (A 'Verisign' Company)
As with all fully secured web sites the checkout area is hosted on a secure server. This is the area that has the Full Thawte Security Certification. When in the checkout area of our web site, click on the gold coloured 'Pad Lock' icon which is located on the task bar (lower right hand corner of your screen) to view our sites current security status.



upDoes the delivery cost change if I want my order delivering to a Non UK mainland address?


Yes.  All customers that require an order  to be sent to a Non UK Mainland address will be emailed by return with the revised shipping costs. The order will not be processed until we receive a confirmation of acceptance of the new costs.
